Thank God for FERPA.

The short version of my great plan:

Kids in 7th and 8th grade are unteachable. Jr. High is a complete
waste of time and money, and does nothing but drive teachers into
early retirement (or worse.)

Therefore, after 6th-grade graduation, all kids spend the next
two years working at jobs for which they have the skills. If they
are satisfied with such a life, then they can stay in it. If they
choose, at the end of two years, they can stop working and attend
high school. Becoming a major screw-up in high school results in
relegation back to the unskilled work force. Oh, how education
would improve with such a motivational adjustment.

The long version of the plan has provision for young budding geniuses
and special emotional cases and such like. (Because at heart, I
loathe these sorts of fix-all plans that punish the good for the
lacks in others.)

The A. Allones have been great. Nice draw, very consistent, nice
spice (with a little walnut in the beginning.) These are Prominentes.

Mmmm... a plan focusing on someone's potential and interest. I have
mentioned similar recipes.

Oh, what is FERDA? Or do I need to go google?
