The controversy all boils down to this:

Poeple can debate this matter until they are blue in the face.
It is difficult, if not impossible, to prove conclusively, one way or
the other.
Only a moronic, idiot would doubt or deny that the earth's climate is
entering, or is in the process of, a warming cycle.
