TGS & "glass topped Cohibas"

Hey, TGS...
Don't take it personal if it seems like everyone jumped down your throat
about the cigars. They may well be fine cigars, and we hope you enjoy
them. It's just that, in the past, we've had a series of folks trying
to sell fake Cohibas -- which is bad both for the fake-ness and because
ASC is a non-commercial group. Often, said fakes come in a glass-topped
box, and there's nearly always a "great story" behind how the guy knew a
guy who dated the sister of a guy who knows someone who worked at the
factory and, hence, "got a really great deal."
So, if you felt lambasted, it may just be that the folks around here
have a high sensitivity to such things, and you walked in the door at
just the right moment.
