There is absolutely nothing that can be done to/with/for a Brussels
sprout that would result in anything remotely fit for human
consumption.

And this sort of opinion is one of the many reasons to the oft-heard
statement that the US has contributed absolutely nothing the the culinary
world. This and marshmallows ;-)


But I agree with Alex although I wouldn't boil them, I'd steam them in a pot
with 3 mm of water and a nice big slab of butter. Mmmmmmmmmm

Now to decide what to have with them - a schnitzel perhaps?
