Cigars that are very reasonably priced in the US are quite often rather more
expensive in other markets. A bog-standard Padron, for example, can cost
you $25 in the UK, and something as decent-but-average as a CAO Criollo can
be $15 or more apiece. Then consider that most US vendors seem to think the
internet ends at the US border and won't ship overseas. Result: many of us
do buy non-Cubans from Cuban dealers.
