I think you are doing the right thing now. If your environment is <70% RH,
they should acclimatize well.
The matter of microwaves has been mentioned in this regard before. The
results of experimentation were not good, so I advise you to give them some
time instead of nuking them. Zapping cigars for any reason seems to me to
indicate some basic character flaw. Patience is a virtue.
There was also an ASCer who claimed that his cigars were somehow vastly
improved after leaving them on the dashboard of his pickup truck in the hot
sun for a day or so. No one here believed him, so that's probably not a good
option either.
