Ornish, M.D. You might give it a look. The complete dietary plan is
almost
impossible, but following the basics is keeping me around...that or the
cigars, haha!

I've always put Ornish into the same bin as Atkins and other "diet secret"
guru's. Right or wrong, that's been my impression.
