Last Tuesday night I woke up with severe pains in my chest. Six hours
later I was in the Coronary Care Unit with two stents in my heart. I
got home from the hospital last tonight and have a few changes in my
life to get started on.
Here's Wishing you a full and easy recovery. I also have heart problems
and a change of lifestyle isn't as hard as it sounds, plus looking at the
alternative......
My doctor had me pick up a copy of "Reversing Heart Disease" by Dr. Dean
Ornish, M.D. You might give it a look. The complete dietary plan is almost
impossible, but following the basics is keeping me around...that or the
cigars, haha!
