BAGHDAD (Reuters) - U.S. warplanes killed Abu Musab al-Zarqawi

I'll fire up something special later today, may this rotten son of a
bitch rest in some place far worse than hell.
I think this is the third or possibly fourth time he has been killed.
Rasputin had nothing on this guy. Hell, neither did Michael Meyers
toall
those Halloween movies.
Expect nothing to change in Iraq except for the worse.
Paul
Ahh yes......wondered how long it would take the Liberal doom and gloom
tocome out. Paul you didn't disappoint. Of course if this happened under
Clinton you would be touting "This is the single most wonderful thing
thishappen for Iraq's freedom.....blah blah blah"
Same ol Liberal song and dance
Yeah sure PM. We were well on the way to victory in WWII in the time
called ahas played out and still there is no end in sight. This is what is
quagmire.
By the left.
And more and more right-wingers.
The Iraqi's will not be free until we leave their country. And
we won't ever leave their country while it has oil. Period.
This is a crock and you know it, Paul.
We're building an "embassy" larger than the Vatican near Baghdad. We have
no plans to ever leave. Operation Iraqi Liberation ring a bell to you?
That was the original name for this venture. Get it? O I L?
word
As for the "doom and gloom" well I have to commend your optimism. If it
hasn't been broken after 3 years of this nightmare, I'd say it can't be
broken. Maybe that's not such a good thing, though. Perhaps a better
is denial?
It's not a nightmare, positive steps have occurred, despite the best
efforts of the NY and LA Times to hide them from view.
I suppose when things can't really get any worse, anything looks like an
improvement. It's called the soft bigotry of low expectations.
Only the left could see the removal of a murdering dictator as a
negative.
Well since we've now killed 2-3 times as many Iraqis as Hussein did I'd say
we have a bit of a PR problem there, dude.
Sure he "made the trains run on time". Now that he is gone, it will
take time to re establish democratic control of the countries
infrastructure.
The country never had "democratic control" in it's 5 thousand year history.
And don't fool yourself. Zarqawi was just one of a great many - you cut off
the head of the Hydra and 2 grow back. Cut off those 2 and you get 4.
That's it in a nutshell. That is what is happening, that is why this has
drawn on so long and will continue until we leave. Which won't happen
anytime soon. You think Exxon wants to see oil prices come down? Guess
again. It's not a war for freedom - that is bull***. It is an act of
empire meant to secure and control a vital resource. And the ones doing it
are making obscene profits.
Ever so sorry we couldn't just walk in, pop Saddam, and then hand the
reigns to Gandhi.
No, but we could have handed the reins to the UN and been done with it.
*IFI that is, we meant what we said about freeing the Iraqi people. Which
by now should be evident to anybody with a brain.
Paul
