One suggestion: Look on eBay at "tap handles" and maybe there are som thick
wooden ones that can be "whittled down" to the shap of a cigar? Or you could
carve a piece out of wood and then somehow hollow one end just enough to get
the proper size nut glued into it? Just an idea.
Let me know what you come up with! I might want to commission you to do a
couple for me....
