Ouch. Brutal honesty is such a painful bedside approach. However,
there is a connection between lack of exercise and an improper diet
causing his obesity AND his high cholesterol. So, the harping was off
target for the effect, but on target for the cause. (unless you are
of the total genetic school, but that school of thought still allows
for the positive impact of exercise increasing good cholesterol even
if diet can not impact bad cholesterol).
I am surprised that he had not had any smaller attack which would have
gotten him in the treatment loop.....
