I just went for a quick smoke. I cut a La Gloria - Glorias Petit, and
the draw seemed a bit tight. Upon squeezing the freshly cut cigar, a
big ol hunka wood popped out. "Big" being a relative term as the
cigar has a ring of 32, but it was about 1/2 inch long and a little
thicker than a cocktail straw. Just goes to show, ya never know.

Sure it was wood and not just a big chunk of tobacco stem? I've had that in other cigars before.

Definately wood.

I once found a big ol hunka wood in my ice cream. It was a little bigger than a toothpick. Had a real hard time convincing the manufacturer that we actually found it IN THE ICE CREAM! I was also pregnant at the time. Nuthin' like putting your spoon in and pulling out wood!
Kinda reminds me of the rusty nail I found on a pizza. I guess my mistake was asking for a pizza with everything. Of course, the pizzeria denied responsibility....

I really should learn to cook from scratch...
