I had a Colibri Connault (sp?) pipe lighter that was the same way for
me. It would light in the pipe shop just fine, so I bought it. Took it
home 175 miles away and it never did work right after that. I
considered sending it in, but after reading about all the smokers on
ASP that had the same troubles, I chalked it up to experience, put it
away, and bought an Old Boy. Problems solved. My experience has been to
not mess around with cheaper lighters, get the Old Boy and be happy
ever after. At least that's how it worked for my pipe smoking.
