My father was/is the fortunate son. I was raised by my mom from the time that I was three.
No one ever left me anything and I'm rather proud of earning my way to success. YMMV.
Oh, I'm proud of having earned my way to success too. I'm just saying that maybe I would have enjoyed having to have worked a little less hard on some days.
