Thanks. No apology necessary. I've read enough of your posts, including
others in this thread to understand your self-reliant point of view. I've
spent a lot of time in NOLA and it was one of the most heavily welfared
cities in the US and it showed. It might be interesting to continue the
conversation a bit offline. My guess is once we strip away the emotional
responses we will agree on the vast majority.
