A special touch

There's a new shirt here. It has a boat neck which is said to be flattering to my long face and long neck. I need all the flatter I can get. I just know, however, that my bra straps are planning to sneak out and display themselves at every opportunity. ( I know it's 'in style' to do that but not 'my' style.)
So. Sew. I'm going to take some silk ribbon and snaps and make loops on the shoulder seams to control those voyeuristic straps. Back before the earth cooled and I stitched Vogue patterns, we did that. Just thought I'd remind you. Polly
