In Costco (UK) I have the choice of Madrid (which I like) & Gizeh (which
I don't). I get them from Costco 'cos they are cheaper than in the
proper shoe shops.

The Bali style look smart and less like walking sandals.

Hi - I usually just lurk here, but Birks bargains are something I know a lot
about. The DH and I both have foot problems and wear only Birks except when
snow boots or hiking boots are called for. We never pay full price for them
though. Birkenstock Central (http://www.birkenstockcentral.com/) always has
some options available on their bargains page. You can really get some
interesting ones that are close-out colors - my dressier pair was one of
those when the color turned out to be too lovely to wear on a daily basis!

Also Sierra Trading Post (http://www.sierratradingpost.com/) gets close-outs
and seconds. Their selection varies greatly, even from day to day, but we've
gotten some great deals on clogs to wear with pants. And if you get on STP's
email deal flyer list, you get daily discounts of some sort and can watch for
an additional deal you like. NAYY on both counts, just a Birks bargain
hunter.
