Exactly! These sleeves were about 4.5 inches cap-to-hem.
Nasty length, neither fish nor foul. With the shirts on
close-out (really, really, cheap) I just used the extra one
as "fabric".

I also do not like "3/4" length sleeves (they always look to
me like they shrank), but I don't let that stop me from
buying a shirt I like, I just shorten them to my preferred
length, just above my elbow.
