water just to boil (200 F),
pre-heat cup with a hot water rinse,
pour hot water,
*then* immerse the tea leaves,
3-4 minutes depending on desired strength,
slowly remove tea leaves, no squeeze, no shake (avoid the
bitter run off)

I don't know if twinings is considered great or good or ok but my
taste buds like it.
usually it is English Breakfast but i felt adventurous this
morning :)
considering the medicinal (ie. laxative) effect Black Currant tea
seems to have ???
