He's a loony who needs psychiatric help. Just killfile him but you'll
need to do it nearly every day as he changes his posting name to avoid
the killfiles we all use on him - a nymshifter.
But he only turns up once every few months -- off his meds? On a pass? He
lives in a world that is very scary, and which none of us would recognize.
He seems to try to get everything posted quickly before he's back on his
meds and his computer access is cut off again.

Or before MI5 or some other bunch of spooks can make him disappear by taking
him of the streets again????
