You are right, it's impossible to find fitted sheets for standard
depth mattresses now. Even though there are still millions of regular
depth mattresses being used in the U.S. today all that can be bought
are super depth ones. :-( I got a set for Christmas a few years ago
and had to take the corners in on each corner to get them to fit my
bed. I was always waking up with a l-a-r-g-e wrinkle in the middle of
the bed. Frustrating.
