Kwik Sew is probably your best bet. Otherwise, Wild Ginger's Tailor
Made *best innocent look* (Too bad WG doesn't have a click and sew
pattern for men's shirts)
Actually, I have had very good results sewing men's clothing using
Wild Ginger's Patternmaster Boutique to draft patterns. Just enter the
measurements, ignore the "coach", and remember to lap flies and
buttonholes the proper "men's" way. None of the men I sew for have
ever complained about fit or style.
