Your knives may be getting dull. When this happens it tends to slightly push
the material back and deflect the loopers causing thread breakage

Just asking if others have problems with bottom thread breaking or just not
connecting any more.
I am very happy with my overlocker, but frustrated when that thread breaks,
even though I go slowly so it doesn't have an excuse to go wrong :-)
The tension seems to be ok. I go along smoothly then it decides not to "form
chains".
Any secrets as to how to stop this from happening so frequently. Also why is
it the awkward threading one is the one that goes?
Thanks for any help
Katherine
