I am also a beginner so I have no actual collar advice but I did want
to say WOW great job! I have not attempted anything that complex yet!
Also wanted to wish you the very best with your weight loss, what a
great way to keep yourself motivated! I was heavy for most of my life
and just a few years ago started taking care of myself, I wish I had
thought of a website to track my progress! You can do it!
