sewing sherpa-suede

Hi, I bought some sherpa suede fabric and I am afraid my machine can't
handle the thickness. I thought about looking on ebay for an affordable
machine that can handle the thickness. Can anyone give me any ideas what to
look for on ebay or elsewhere that is somewhat affordable?
