Dear Cheryl,

I think I have a RTW blouse made of that stuff. It is a plain shell,
no darts or zippers. Not even hemmed. I've had it for at least seven
years, and I love it. The neck is bound with a bias piece of the
fabric. Mine is a knit, and the "pleats" are very close together, and
stay in no matter what. I could sleep in it.
