Russell from Sewing Machines Direct is one of the few dealers I would
recommend. I have bought from him in the past and have receommended several
people buy from him in the last few weeks. He gives extra warranty on parts,
labour and carriage either way, in addition to manufacturers warranty. I do
not know of another dealer in the UK doing that. We have bought demo
machines from him and have been well pleased. Regarding Joy's I cannot
comment personally but there has been some discussion regarding this company
recently and so I would advise you to proceed with caution.
