I think it's cool too. She really was good to take the time I thought. DH
was also impressed that she wanted me to call. Not only that she answers her
own phone. I like calling people and having them answer and not having to go
through a another person first.
While I was talking to her she said at least 3 times that she thought that I
must have a very difficult time finding patterns that fit well. I had told
her my measurement. That's the whole problem for me, finding patterns that
fit well and look well. That's why I want to make that jacket.I think it
will look good on me. The V neck is very flattering. She specifically told
me to get larger shoulder pads than she usually suggests and what to look
for when I look in the mirror. After I spoke to her I called "The Sewing
Place" about the shoulder pads. That's where I got the pattern. The woman
there was also very helpful. I told her what I was looking for and asked her
to send me 3 different typesof shoulder pad so I could see what works best
for me. She's also sending the elastic recommended for Loes' basic pants
pattern. I only realized yesterday that they carry so many notions and
especially those recommended by Loes. Makes shopping a lot easier.
