Permanent creases?

Guys, and gals, I have a request from a serviceman/client of mine that I
hadn't a clue about, so I thought I'd throw this out for group wisdom:

he asks me:
Anyway, they are really freaky here about having military creases
ironed into our uniforms and I'm LAZY! I was hoping you could help me
out..... I seem to recall a product that was a liquid w/ a needle-like
applicator that I could put on the inside of my creases that would
make them more or less permanent. it was sorta like a glue that left
no residue or stain.. Do you have any idea what I'm talking about and
what the product name is and where I could get some?
