Re: .question.

Chris, I bought the wide strap and plush elastic direct from LeeAnne Burgess but I also did a google search and came up with Needleworx.com.au in North Qld. They have a 1800 number as well as online ordering....just be careful though, they charged me for registered post and it was sent ordinary, so they still owe me $2.35 (no big deal) but several types of elastic were on 'back order' and that was over two months ago and each time I phone they tell me they will get in touch with me when the stock arrives. This left me in the lurch and I wasn't too impressed.....other than these two hiccups they were OK. Apparently it's a retail store with online and mail orders.

Hope this helps?

I'll have to second (third) Melinda and Bronwyn. I have a large cup size and
am small across the back and at a price I can afford that might be
comfortable, I can get white, skintone and maybe black. Nothing pretty (or
sexy!) The quality is not great either. The moulded cup styles do NOTHING
for me, the force of gravity is WAAY stronger than any fabric :-)
I do the same as Bronwyn, pick up remnants - got a piece of beautiful lilac
silk last year at Clegs in Melbourne for $4- or buy small pieces that I love
for a reasonable price. It really isn't that difficult or fiddly which is
what I expected when I started. I made my first bra out of scraps, re used
the elastic and wires from a bra that was in good condition but didn't fit
well and ended up with the most comfy bra I had worn in years that cost
nothing!

Bronwyn, I was going to ask you where you get your powernet, I 've run out
and the local shop has closed down. Spotlight/Lincraft etc never have any
and the only other option I can find is online. Elastic I usually get at
Trimmings n Remnants in Pascoe Vale.
