Dear Bob,
with Napco PCI mini or mini USB i cannot local download the express
sereies XP400 or XP600? It is only for MA series of panels?

As near as I can tell there is not a port for the PCI Mini on anything but the medium and bigger panels. They have another adaptor, but I never really figured out how to use it.
