I don't think it makes any difference who runs it, if a
bomb/biological/dirty weapon laden container reaches a port its all over
bar the shouting anyway. The only hope is that intelligence will learn of
these things at their point of departure or when in transit, not at the
point of entry into the US

bothering you, the port operations in question are already run by a

based company, the issue is the company being Arab owned rather than
Western
owned that is driving the current controversy. The security operations

remain unchanged anyway since its only the commercial operations that

be changing, so I doubt it will have any effect on port security
whatsoever,
which I suspect from a standpoint of preventing a doomsday container
entering a port is pretty much non-existent anyway.
