That's the best solution. Chubb introduced a "gas surcharge" of five bucks
for every call (I know because a client showed me one of their invoices and
boy was he pissed!). Everyone recognizes that costs are increasing. Adding
$2.50 an hour to your service rate (depending on how much service you do)
won't be that hard to swallow...
