How to solve this conflict?

Translated quote from local newspaper on internet:
"It started october last year when the moslem woman Aishah Azmi was
suspended from her work as language support teacher in a school in West
Yorkshire because she insisted to use haze covering of all her face. The
pupils were complaining that they didn't understand what she said, and Amzi
sued the school".
The suspension triggered strong protests against the school. According to
her moslem belief, she had to use haze covering of all her face (niqab).
Usually this will be counted as an act of legal religious right.
It is difficult to understand the moslem teacher's reasoning. Some questions
remained unanswered for non-moslems:
1. What should she expect the school to do when the pupils didn't understand
her (presupposed that this was true) ? Let the pupils continue to not
understand her? If yes, why did they have to go to her class at school?
2. Some pupils are deaf or have weak hearing. Not all of them need hearing
aid because they are able to read spoken words from the movement of lips.
This is not easy if the speaker have full beard. And it is of cause
impossible for such pupils to understand a teacher with niqab. Suppose a
situation similar to the one quoted above, but with deaf pupils. How will
moslems solve this situation so the pupils can learn something in school?
