To add to the argument; I don't think there have been any "codes"
announced since W's reelection. Using these codes as well as OBL to his
own political advantage is so obvious, its pathetic. Rove's dirty tricks
taken to an extreme level.

To take the issue to the next level; What if OBL is sitting in one of
the CIA prisons and just brought out when the US citizenry is in need of
a good dose of fear, or when W needs a distracting event. We didn't get
a visual this time around, you will notice.
