What does "esh me chof" mean?

Someone handed me a paper today explaining how the US and England are
evil because they fulfill some prophecies in the book of Revelations.
However, the bottom of the paper says "esh me chof" and I have
absolutely no idea what that means. I figure it is Hebrew, but I
cannot find any hebrew to english dictionaries online. So does anyone
know what that might mean?
