O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay! A successful government seed program
is ready to turn the effort over to private industry. Soon we may no
longer need government funding to assist man's effort to reach the
heavens. Already the satelite industry in mostly private and fairly
mature, and soon it will be time for human transport to be taken over
by private industry as well.
