He may do that. Ultimately it comes down to the individual which
'law' he, by conscience or choice, 'acknowledges'. Now of course
other individuals may treat him according to the 'law' they
'acknowledge'. :-)

How much planning would it take? Bolting bumpers on Buicks still

Here's a thought.

Bouyeri murdered van Gogh. It was an unlawful killing. Some States
still do lawful killings in the form of executions as punishment.

Bouyeri was punishing van Gogh for his film which was a form of speech.
States punish for some kinds of speech.

The difference between Bouyeri punishing for van Gogh's film and States
punishing for Holocaust Denial statements is a matter of degree and not
kind. :-)
