Yep -- Judaism and Christianity originated in the land of Israel, while
Islam originated in Arabia. Islam had no existence in any form
whatsoever until Muhammad starting innovating it ca. 610 A.D., and
Muhammad never read a single line of Jewish or Christian scriptures in
his life (which explains why he was completely unable to distinguish
between the Bible itself and later folkloric and legendary elaborations
on the Bible), nor do Muslims share any holy writings in common with
either Christians or Jews today. Furthermore Muslims claim to know
even more about Jesus than Christians themselves do, and Muslims ONLY
respect the Jesus of the Qur'an as defined by Muhammad, and NOT the
Jesus of the Bible -- despite all the sometimes absurd errors which
Muhammad committed, like using a garbled form of the name of Jesus:
Arabic `Isa (spelled `ayn-ya-sin-ya) with the voiced pharyngeal `Ayn
consonant at the END of the name instead of the correct Arabic form
Yasu` (spelled with the letters ya-sin-waw-`ayn) with the `Ayn at the
BEGINNING of the name!
