Re: RC14 dates Exodus in 1386 BCE/Akhenaten

Why is God so unclear???

A sample of grains found at city level IV of Rehov has been tested using
the
new method which is accurate to within 1-10 years! A recent discovery
that
multi-testing a single sample will render an aggregated highest average
right
in the middle of the range, thus the point date for comparisons is the
middle
range date, considered to be the highest probable reference to the "true
date." That makes things easy since you can just calculate the middle
range date and go from here.

The range of dates from Rehov were from 918-823 BCE giving a mid-range
point date of 871 BCE. If we introduce this date for Shishak's invasion
which
occurred in the 39th of Solomon (year 5 of Rehoboam was a co-rulership
year
with his father Solomon), then his 4th year falls in 906 BCE. The Exodus
occurrs 480 years earlier and thus in 1386 BCE. This is the time of
Amenhotep III
who would have died that year in the Red Sea. The next pharaoh to rule,
of course,
was Akhenaten, who converted to monotheism, confirming he must have been
influenced by the ten plagues.

Archaelogists debate various dates for the Exodus but seldom in the
context of
Amenhotep III and Akhenaten, even though the secular reference from
Manetho has always noted Amenhotep III's rule ended the same year of the
Exodus, so there is little excuse for this degree of incompetence. Likely
the
lack of focus is because Akhenaten in the context of the ten plagues would
certainly be an interesting debate; too interesting, so it is avoided like
a plague.
Thus academic bias against the Bible is clearly in force here.

However, science is non-denominational and thus supports the Biblical
dating for this event, even if archaeologists like to avoid or twist the
evidence away from a Biblical scenario for the facts in place. RC14
dating has come of age now, however, and has painted the
archaeologists into a corner. They either accept the archaeological
timeline or the secular timeline based on Greek-period revisions.
Of course, most, like Israel Finkelstein, cop-out to the Greek timeline
based dating and ignore even the RC14 evidence now in place. That's
because they believe the Neo-Babylonian dating is so absolute that
it cannot be challenged effectively. However, that is not the case and
only a reflection on how little they understand about revisionism and
astronomical text manipulation.

Case in point two texts created after revisions were made to
align astronomical texts with the new chronology also insert secret
references back to the original dating of the rule of Nebuchadnezzar
II. The VAT4956 and the SK400 (Strm. Kambyses 400) both
date back to the original rule of Nebuchadnezzar. The SK400
dates year 7 to 541 BCE and the VAT4956 dates year 37 to
511 BCE, the same dating! The Bible also dates the rule of
Nebuchadnezzar these same years since it dates the 1st of Cyrus
to 455 BCE. Of note, it also dates the Exodus to 1386 BCE since
the Exodus is 19 jubilees (19 x 49 = 931 years) earlier than the
return from Babylon.

455 + 931 = 1386 BCE

Thus in this case, the advanced scientific evidence from archaeology
confirms the Biblical dating for the Exodus, but this is not a clear
message or discovery option coming out of academic archaeology at
this time. Instead the same old discussion of alleged contradictions is
the topic. Why? Because doubt in the Bible sells books. Ultimately,
the dollar remains the almighty last word in the academic world,
particularly that of archaeology which has to be funded by grants by
the whole, which in turn can bias findings. Secular archaeologists often
accuse "Biblical archaeologists" of this, when in fact, most have
agendas of their own before these digs.

At least though, those who follow the corrected timeline, which
redates per astronomical information left behind the PPW to
403 BCE rather than 431 BCE, now find continuity with
RC14 dating and Egyptian dating for the Exodus in 1386 BCE
at the end of the rule of Amenhotep III.
