I am now a PanDeist, meaning I believe the theory of PanDeism to be
the correct approach to religion. PanDeism is not necessarily
incompatible with Christianity (depending on what people take
Christianity to mean, maybe even on what people take PanDeism to
mean).

The basic premise of PanDeism is that the Universe works the way it
appears to work, and that is the way it is supposed to work. Whatever
science reveals about the mechanisms of the Universe, be it the Big
Bang or quantum mechanics or evolution by natural selection, if it
looks like that is what is happening, then that is what is happening,
and if there is a God, then that is the mechanism through which God
works.

PanDeists do not accept the validity of any scripture or belief that
flies in the face of science. We see a much grander God in the design
and execution of the Universe itself, a God that inhabits every pore
of the Universe and of which we are all part, operating constantly
through a set of principles set down before time.

Do people think this is consistent or inconsistent with Christianity?
If inconsistent, how so, and which one is right, and why?

To be completely fair, I should say that PanDeism says a lot more than
this about the structure and purpose of the Universe, but I think it
is enough to consider this basic premise for now.

Just based on the above, is PanDeism consistent or inconsistent with
Christianity? If inconsistent, how so, and which one is right, and why?

I am still seeking answers -- I can wait very patiently, but will
continue to seek.
