I want to have a God but logic prevents that from happening.
It's not something that I have decided, I have no choice in the matter.
If I said that I believed in a God, it would be a lie.
I see nothing that might change my mind.
If anybody in the world has any evidence that is real and verifiable, I
would be thankful and forever changed.
I do not choose to be an atheist, it is just logical.

Start here:
If there's an all-powerful God, he can 'hear' your thoughts, right?
If he loves you, he will not reject you if you call on him to help you
find true spirituality - but you have to have a truely sincere seeking
'heart'.
Most people don't think they have a problem. God doesn't usually help
them.
Me? I know I have a problem: it's called "me". But I look to myself (first) and those of my extremely close friends who agree to the conspiracy (second) to help resolve my own problems. Of course, I return the compliment to those same very dear friends. So do I need God? I think not: I find Her superfluous to my life.
