I would say that some might be. But I hate to look at it as a sin
or not. I would prefer to consider vanity surgy a lost oppertunity to
use the money and medical tallent that might be doing something far
more important such as rehabilitation surgery for a child injured in
the earth quake.

Not all such surgy is vanity surgey.
