John 11: 4 - When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto
death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified
thereby.
If the sickness was not unto death, how did Jesus raise Lazarus from the
dead??
1. Heaven? But he was only sick according to the bible!!
Nope - physically dead for 4 days.
2. Hell?
No one comes back from hell. It's a one way trip.
OOOPS, John 11: 11 - These things said he: and after that he saith unto
them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of
sleep.
Another word for dead. Please don't pretend.
Seems Lazarus was only sleeping!!
But he "stinketh" for he was dead for 4 days.
So why would he be in hell??
3. Purgatory?
Oh, like the unbaptised babies??
Oh, that's right, the church has changed their mind on that??
No, like all Christians who are bound for heaven. They cannot stand before God
with the stain of sin on their souls.
I repeat. John 11: 4 -
When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the
glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.
The SICKNESS WAS NOT UNTO DEATH!!
Riiiiight - he did not go to hell, for which there is no return.
Lazarus Sleepeth!!
Lazarus is dead!!
Right. Lazarus was physically DEAD but not yet in heaven or hell.
The problem is when writing fables, the writer often gets confused.
So, what was it - Sickeness NOT UNTO DEATH?? Sleeping?/ Dead??
You stand alone, z. Your little black magic will not work for Christians.
