I am trying to find out if a Roman Catholic divorced man can marry a
divorcee who is Church of England ? can he get married in a Catholic
church?

Having worked for the RCC for decades, I saw, first-hand, when clerics
would look the other way after accepting the **required** payment for
holding a wedding in the church.

In most countries a Pastor is licensed to perform a wedding. To do so the
couple must present a marriage license which clearly states if a person is
divorced. There is no way you can keep that fact from a pastor. In most
countries the required fee is a voluntary donation of no fixed amount.
