That's worrying. So some numptie who's had 2 days training can insist on
entering your home because his boss has given him a search warrant.

Still, what can they do if you still refuse? Kick down the door? They'd
still have to get a plod. I doubt a search warrant in the hands of some
civvie TV license officer cuts much ice down some of the dodgier council
estates.
