None whatsoever in fact, unless of course they are bearing a court order.

They are just people who are either employees or contractors of Capita to
whom the BBC has outsourced the selling and management of the TV Licence system.

Please remember that a significant part of the income of these people comes
not from their regular pay, but as commission from the sale of the TV licence.

So if you are feeling sorry for the person who comes to your door,
be nice and buy a licence or two because the money is going to a good cause --
the person selling, the stockholders of Capita, and the rest to the BBC
who are in dire need of money at the present time for no longer are their
corridors filled with empty champagne bottles.
