Hummmm....
My first thought was, why not just plug an FM transmitter into the headphone jack on the computer. Although from my own experience with my laptop there is a potential to pick up interference from the computer. A USB device might get around this problem, or then again, if it it may still be prone to interference.
In the end I think it all depends upon the quality of the device, and it it's anything like the legal FM transmitters that I have tried, then I would expect the sound quality to be poor, making the whole device a waste of time.
If it does produce good quality FM audio, then I might be interested, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.
