First_licensed_open_dab_transmission

Hi all,

The news-server of my ISP has been down for a couple of months, so testing if it works again.

In the mean time, as there are people who talk about how digital radio should be, and there are others who actually make it, this is something that appeared in the dabusb mailing-list:

First licensed open dab transmission

(Thanks to Paul for the link).
