take place by 2015."

Or perhaps, in other words, they think they have figured out how they are
going to spin it, so that they can go ahead anyway.

"how far will the commercial sector - the commercial radio stations - be
prepared to pay to invest in the digital networks ... what is clear is that
there always will be a role for the BBC to fund because there will be parts
of the country where the commercial sector simply won't take that process
forward."

Oh dear. Too expensive for the commercial sector, hence they have to find
funding from elsewhere, in affect, by taxing the licence fee payers.

"This government, the Labour government, once re-elected, probably on May
6th"

Er, no.

Perhaps, or perhaps not.
They have been behind in the pols, but then governments usually tend to score
lower when they are in power, but then do better when it actually comes to the
election. I guess that people are happy to criticise the government, and say
they will vote for the opposition, when it's doesn't actually count. But when
the election actually comes, and the result does count, then reality sets in,
and they have to think about which is worse. The existing government or the
opposition.

I think it looks like the election could be a close race.

I didn't know your software included the ability to parrot what you'd heard/read
in the mainstream media!
